About the blog
I have adopted the Smiles Unlimited Prayer as my manifesto and my goal with this blog is to live it out.
That is why I draw cartoons about funny things, ironic things and embarrassing things that happened to people (usually to me, though).
I hope they make you smile.

Elana!
I really like your work.
What made you want to want to write / be a writer in the first place? Did it come from inside, or was it an influence? (Each time I read LOTR, I think “wow, I could never do that” not “I want to do that”)
Anyway… Keep doing what you’re doing…
Thanks for the compliment!

I cannot read LotR without thinking the exact same thing! But I remain crazy about it anyhow!
What made me want to write? Well, I’d say it was both inner and an outside influence. Like most teenagers, I had a lot of issues and angst and writing was a way of coping and escaping. Now, it is just part of me. And I was also influenced from outside by reading some of my favourite books – I wanted to be like these authors, I wanted to create fantasy worlds like that too. I don’t anymore. I cannot create heroic, serious tales in epic worlds. I cannot do heroism, and I cannot epic worlds without being cynical. So that is what I do, nowadays.
Hehe, I’m the same!
Stay tuned for more!
Nice work on wikihow. Drop me a line.
Thank you!
Why do you want me to drop you a line?!
Keep up the good work. I wish you the best of success in life, and contentment with life in the present.

P.S. I love MS Paint! It’s like a Swiss army knife that looks like it has very little, until you use it, start poking around in it, get used to it and figure out it actually contains a lot of neat little tools
Thank you mús, and thanks for the comment!
Yeah, me too. I also like combining it with Inkscape, Raven, Picasa and Photoshop!

Congrats on getting fresh pressed! Hm. Cartoons that deal with the idiosyncrasies of English grammar and usage? Sounds just like my ‘toons! From one word nerd to another, I wish your blog the best!
