I am a rather inconsistent blogger. That means I try to post every Wednesday, but sometimes stuff just gets in the way and I can’t manage it. I mostly draw in Inkscape, though I would occasionally incorporate hand-drawn images.
I post about things that I like and that make me happy. This includes the cartoons that make up the bulk of this blog, book reviews once a month (usually) and some creative writing of my own. And sometimes I just have thoughts that I share on here.

Yay, you read my new blog! =D
Dit gebeur redelik gereeld. Daai stupid gate-scanner-thing haat my definitief! Of ek neem net te veel boeke uit waarvan die security chip in die rug faulty is!
Maar ek raak darem nie meer so embarrassed as indicated ^there^ nie. Dit was net die eerste keer wat ek gewens het ek kan doodgaan. As dit deesdae gebeur raak ek net meer annoyed as enigiets anders!
PS. I’m looking at your IP address as I type this. Dis baie friendly en private van WordPress! *raises eyebrows*
Bleh. Ek het gedink om my IP address na ‘n French of London IP address te change, maar dan maak dit jou internet ook stadiger.
Which is why I haven’t done it yet. Stadiger internet appeal net nie!
Especially since ek nou na ‘n 4mbps line is.

Ek het natuurlik ook vreeslike random IP -problems. As ek in RuneScape inlog, gee dit mos jou IP address, right? En dan is dit die regte mooi African-one, 41.13…. something (soos joune). Soos wat dit in my internet settings lyk. Maar vir alles anders op die internet het ek om een of ander rede ‘n North American (?) IP. 198.54… En dis altyd dieselfde een! I should know, met al my wiki-work, wat op jou IP werk. Ek verstaan Telkom se nonsens net rerig nie partydae! Ons het ook ‘n 4mps lyn. Supposed to be, anyway. Vanmiddag het ek hom gewatch, en dit was 3mps. Wel, dis seker beter as sometimes! Op wi-fi en all!

My library doesn’t have a fancy security system like that. They keep all the CDs at the front and only put the cases on display, and the DVDs are locked in a plastic contraption, but that’s all they do.
Is this your first post on this blog, by the way?
This is my university library actually. They’re extremely strict on security. Well, they would be because they have some really valuable books and artefacts in there. My public library doesn’t even have a security system. You could probably walk out carrying books without anyone noticing.
